How to download your video on iOS

You can once again download your video on an iOS device and it is super simple once you know how.

1. Search for your video as usual at https://myactioncam.video

2. After reviewing your video in the browser

3. Press and hold the download button until the apple share sheet opens

4. Press "Download Linked File" on shares sheet or from the in page dialog

5. Your video will begin downloading to your phone you'll see the progress in the address bar at the bottom of the screen (top right in previous version of the operating system).

6. Once completed you can access the file from the "Download" folder on the phone.

Nb. If you continue to have trouble downloading your video please try another device / browser or Internet connection we recommend viewing over a stable wifi connection rather than using your mobile data.
