Website is blocked by my Internet Service Provider (ISP)?

If you are experiencing this problem we would like to know about it. Please open a support ticket and give us the details of the internet service provider.


The fastest resolution to this problem is to just change to another internet service. So if you are on a mobile and using your data tariff the ISP might block video download pages to prevent you inadvertently using all your data. So just switch to a WiFi connection and you should be good to go.


Please, try your link again while connected to a solid wifi connection. Because the linked page contains videos that automatically start downloading some mobile networks may prevent the page opening to protect your data allocation. 

Or use another device connected to wifi instead.


Another solution if you don't have access to wifi is to change the default DNS on your phone. The easiest way to do this on iPhone is to use a VPN app. A free one we can recommend* is https://1.1.1.1/
