How long we store your videos?

Although we store videos on our online system for more than 30 days.


We strongly recommend the following to customers:

  • Check that videos are available online immediately after taking part in the activity. 
  • IF your video is not online 10 minutes after taking part in the activity consult with the company that sold the wristband.
  • IF your video is not online 60 minutes after taking part in the activity submit a support ticket using the form on the website.
  • Download your videos as soon as possible. We recommend downloading within 7 days of taking part in the activity.



How do we store your media:

  1. Media is uploaded and is held in “Hot Storage” - Available for quick access.
  2. After 30 days we move this to “Cool Storage” - Available but takes longer to load.
  3. After 60 days we move the media to “Archived Storage” - Media will not show on page load but can still be recovered by contacting us.
  4. After 90 days we hard “delete” the media. - We can no longer recover the media.
