Firstly we apologise for this but please don't panic. The key is to get in contact with us as soon as possible to let us know and to provide us with accurate information that we need to find your video and get it to you as soon as possible.

What information do I need to send?

What we NEED!

1. WRISTBAND ID Quote this accurately this is the most important piece of information to us.

2. DESCRIPTION OF PERSON ON DAY - Carefully and accurately describe the person's appearance on the day they took part in the activity. What were they wearing colours / styles / logo's of brands visible. What do they look like gender / age / height / glasses / hats / anything that distinguishes them from other people. This is the second most useful piece of information if we can't find your WRISTBAND ID we need to be able to pick you out of the crowd.

3. ACTIVITY LOCATION - Where were you? Name of the Company and geographical location.

4. ACTIVITY NAME - What was the activity you took part in? Zip Line / Giant Swing / Trampoline / Drop / Skydive / Ropes Course etc.

5. ACTIVITY DATE - Again this is vital we have accurately quoted if you wristband code wasn't scanned for whatever reason we need to be looking at the right footage on the right day at the right time looking for you in the crowd. We are amazed at how many people give us the wrong date!

6. ACTIVITY TIME - We appreciate this is much harder to get right than the date should be. But please try and estimate as accurately as possible. Look for photos you took and try and establish the timeline for the day. We are happy to look forward and back 1 hour either side of you estimate but 4 hours out makes life very hard and will reduce the success we have finding your precious video's.

7. SUPPORTING EVIDENCE - This will usually be photo's. Either photos of the person on the day to help the search or photo's of the wristband as both proof of purchase but more likely to check the WRISTBAND ID has been read correctly. People often miss read 0's and O's or i's and l's and 1's. If you don't provide this detail at the start and we can't find you WRISTBAND ID Scan we will almost always ask for this supporting material.
